About Me
20 years in the healthcare communities of Minnesota, Arizona, and Nevada, I provide compassionate, evidence-based care focused on mental health, primary care, hormone health, and wellness.
For the past 10 years, I have practiced psychiatry, providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment for depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. I am also dedicated to higher education, teaching and mentoring future healthcare professionals.
With dual certification in Psychiatry and Adult-Gerontology Primary Care, I take a comprehensive approach to the connection between mental health, physical health, hormones, aging, and wellness.
My approach is personalized and collaborative, combining each patient's health history, symptoms, laboratory results, and goals to create an individualized plan.
