DHEA: Improves desire, arousal, lubrication, satisfaction, and ability to achieve orgasm. Typical dosing 25-50 mg per day.

DIM+: Helps women in perimenopause with cycle-related breast tenderness, mood swings, or stubborn estrogen-dominant symptoms.  Supports the conversion of strong or "bad" estrogens into milder, beneficial forms. Typical dosing between 150-300 mg and recommend pairing with calcium-D-glucarate and Vitamim K to support phase-II detoxification in the liver.

Glutathione: Supplementation may help improve insulin resistance, reduce cell damage in fatty liver disease, and increase mobility for people with peripheral artery disease. Typical dosing 100-400 mg SQ twice a week.

NAD+: Can help combat midlife fatigue, alleviate brain fog, support cardiovascular health, and improve insulin sensitivity.  Typical dosing 30 unit SQ daily (30 mg) (may increase up to 50 units).

NAC:  Assists in fighting cellular aging and inflammation, offering protective antioxidant benefits during hormonal transitions.  Typical dosages range from 600 mg to 1,800 mg daily, usually divided into multiple doses.

Sermorelin: Mimics Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone (GHRH).  Stimulates collagen production, which can increase skin elasticity and hydration. Typical dosing 33 units (300 mcg) SQ nightly (60-90 minutes after last meal).

PT-141: Improve sexual desire and arousal. Typical dosing 1.75 mg SQ or dissolvable lozenge before sexual activity.

GLOW STACK: GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500.  GHK-Cu plays a pivotal role in skin firmness smoothness, and resiliency. GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring peptide in our bodies that signals tissue regeneration and repair. GHK-Cu  promotes collagen production, which is the component that maintains skin firmness and elasticity and helps to thicken skin, smooth fine lines, and reduce the signs of sun damage. BPC-157 contributes to the body's healing process, specifically muscle, tendon, and ligament tissues.  TB-500 is a synthetic version of a naturally occurring peptide and coordinates healing and tissue repair and calms inflammation.  They create a synergistic effect that amplifies their individual benefits for truly comprehensive results.  As we age we lose collagen and elastin leading to fine  lines, GHK-Cu targets collagen and elastin.  As we age, production of collagen and elastin slows,  leading to fine lines. The GHK-Cu peptide in the GLOW STACK directly addresses this by signaling your skin to create more collagen and elastin. This helps rebuild your skin’s matrix, making it smoother and more resilient. By restoring these building blocks, the peptide stack helps reduce visible signs of aging for a plumper, refreshed appearance.  In addition to significant influence on skin health and radiance the GLOW STACK promotes vaginal tissue rejuvenation and improves blood flow to the scalp promoting hair growth, and an environment for thicker hair. Most people who use GHK-Cu experience mild side effects, with the most common being temporary and localized to the application or injection site. While rare, it’s possible to have an allergic reaction: hives, swelling, or difficulty breathing.
